Community guidelines
Along is for adults who want something to do and people to go with. It is a platonic social service operated by Hoodie LLC.
Make room for people
Treat others with respect across backgrounds, ages and abilities. Make any activity prerequisites clear, such as equipment, experience level, venue accessibility or organizer age limits. Avoid assumptions about someone's identity, interests or availability.
Ask, and respect the answer
Do not pressure anyone for contact details, romantic or sexual attention, money or another meetup. A group RSVP is consent to that plan, not to unrelated contact. A private meet-again choice becomes a connection only when it is mutual. Respect withdrawal and do not try another account to get around it.
Make honest plans
Use accurate times, locations and descriptions. Do not invent tickets, access, attendees or credentials. Keep event registration separate from a companion group. Cancel or leave promptly when you cannot attend. Do not recruit participants into undisclosed sales pitches or paid schemes.
Protect people's privacy
Share only information you have permission to share. Do not publish home addresses, private meeting links, account details or another person's private messages. Keep group arrival instructions appropriate for everyone who can join that group.
Report a concern
Send non-emergency reports to support@letsgoalong.com with the event or group identifier, a concise description and any relevant source link. Avoid including another person's unnecessary personal information. We can review reports and may remove content or restrict an account, but we do not promise continuous monitoring or an immediate response.
For urgent danger, leave the situation if you can and contact local emergency services. Along is not an emergency response service.
Harassment, threats, stalking, discrimination, sexual solicitation, scams, impersonation and unlawful activity are not allowed. Use the terms and privacy policy for the service's full conditions and data practices.
