Your account and data

Along is operated by Hoodie LLC. You can ask for access, correction, an export or deletion of your information by contacting privacy@letsgoalong.com.

Request account deletion

Email from the address associated with your Along account when possible. Say that you want to delete your Along account and include your Along account identifier if you have it. Do not send a password, API key or government ID in the message. We may ask for proportionate verification through a secure process before acting.

We will confirm the request and explain any effects on gatherings you host, active groups and connections. Some limited information may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or unresolved disputes. Where backups exist, copies expire according to the applicable retention schedule; they are not an active account database. Request handling follows applicable law.

This is a request process, not an automatic deletion button. Until you receive confirmation, do not assume an account or record has been removed.

Disconnecting in Muse

You can disconnect Along in Muse's connector settings to stop new exchanges through that connection. Disconnecting is separate from deleting your Along account. Information already in Muse conversations or memories is governed by Meta's controls, so you may also need to use Muse's history or memory controls.

Leave a plan or withdraw a connection

You can ask Muse to leave an Along group or withdraw your meet-again choice using the supported connector actions. Hosting a group requires cancellation instead of silently leaving it. Leaving stops your access to private group details, but cannot recall information another participant has already seen.

Export or correct information

Tell privacy@letsgoalong.com which information you want to access or correct. An export must protect other people: it does not include their credentials or one-sided private meet-again choices. You can also update your own profile through Along's supported profile action.

For more detail, see the privacy policy.
